Salon Policies

Clients may book appointments online. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be sent once your booking is confirmed. Appointments are not guaranteed without a deposit.

All services are provided by one stylist. Appointment times are scheduled individually and may vary depending on the service and client needs.

Booking & Communication

All clients are required to book appointments online. Appointments will not be scheduled through direct text messages or social media.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for a response. Booking availability, pricing, and services can be viewed directly through the online booking system.

Pricing

Prices listed online are starting prices and may be adjusted on the day of the appointment if services are added, changed, or require additional time or product.

Timing & Delays

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Appointment times are an estimate and may occasionally run behind.

    •    If I am running 30 minutes or more behind, a 15% courtesy discount will be applied to your service.

    •    After 15 minutes late, a late fee will be applied at checkout.

    •    After 30 minutes late, the client may forfeit their deposit and will need to reschedule.

    •    Appointments 45 minutes or more late may be canceled and charged 50% of the service price.

Late Fees & No-Shows

Late arrivals may have their service shortened to respect the next appointment.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and may be required to leave a deposit for future bookings.

Squeeze-In & Last-Minute Appointments

Squeeze-in, last-minute, or special appointments are not guaranteed. Please refer to the “Extended Hour” category when booking for any extended-hour or last-minute availability. Clients subscribed to Growth’s text notifications may receive a text for week of openings.
